DURING A RUN

GRANOLA TRAIL MIX

SERVES: 2

INGREDIENTS

150 grams roasted cashews, lightly salted and roughly chopped

150 grams roasted almonds, roughly chopped

70 grams mixed seeds, such as sunflower and pumpkin seeds

40 grams Currants

40 grams Goji Berries

40 grams Dried cranberries

30 grams Cacao Nibs

½ tsp Sea salt

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Enjoy as a snack.
